Symptoms

"Mom, I'm pretty sure I'm allergic to candy canes."

"Why do you think so?"

"Because when I eat it my hair stands up and I get goose bumps."

"Interesting."

"I am definitely not allergic to hot chocolate though."

Halloween Itinerary

"Okay, Mom. Here's the plan for Halloween. First we go to the spooky maze at Brandon's backyard. Then after that we go around the corner to Aidan's for the pizza thing, then we go to Clementine's for the snacks party, then we go to Felix's street for the taco truck. In between all those places we'll do trick or treats."

"That's quite a plan."

"Yeah but what are we going to have for dinner that night?"

Sammich

"Mom, I've got a great idea for a new kind of sandwich."

"Tell me."

"You take two hard boiled eggs and mush them up a little and add some mayonnaise and maybe salt and you put it on bread."

"That's an egg salad sandwich."

"I guess you could name it that but it's not really a salad."

A Mystery

1. I do not know how long the freezer door has been open. (Ice: Sort of melty, Temp: Somewhat tepid.)

2. I do know who opened it. (Clue: His chair.)

3. I have not yet figured out what is missing. (Educated Guess: Strawberry ice cream mochi balls.)
