I hear, "Look, Mom!"
And, "Watch this, Mom!"
And, "See what I can do, Mom?"
It's not always convenient to look up
To watch
To see what he can do
And then I remember
I read somewhere
That, "Look, Mom!"
Is one of the ways a child says
I love you
And then I'm happy to look up
And watch
And see
And be loved
I love it.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. And so true. And I need to remember this.
