I spent 16 years in the television business. I worked, by turns, as a writer, director, producer, casting associate, and the gal who gets everybody’s Starbucks order. Later, I spent time as a counselor at an outpatient program for adorable teens with un-adorable psych and addiction issues. Working in the orbit of actors, rock stars, comedians, and teenagers prepared me for my current gig as the stay-at-home mother of a kindergartner named Bob. Now, it’s like the circus has come to town everyday. I am living the dream.
I hope you laughed. <3
ReplyDeleteHe's too cute!
Good point.
ReplyDeleteAnd another reason I love Bob...
ReplyDeleteCan I borrow him to learn my mom some stuff she missed?
ReplyDeleteHe gotcha!
ReplyDeleteGod, I hope my husband never reads this. Half of my marriage is based on passive-aggressive sighs and such. (Bob, you are 101 kinds of awesome!)
ReplyDeleteOy! The days of getting away with stuff are over!
ReplyDeleteI need a little Bob on my shoulder.
ReplyDeleteRemind him of this when he's a teen. ;)
ReplyDeleteBetter not roll those eyes either. Bob will never let you get away with that.
