"I like your calendar, Bob."

"Thanks. You see the pattern?"

"Yeah. Red and green?"

"No. It's red and green and red and green and red and green and red and green and red and green and red and green and red and green and red and green and red and green and red and red and green and red and green and red and green and red and green and red and green and red."

  6. Because I'm a dork and an SAT tutor (yes, redundant,) I was just railing yesterday about my patterns pet peeve: that kids get told they're wrong all the time for things like this. You see red, green, red, green, then the kid is asked to say what comes next. Well anything could come next because one can't be sure how long the pattern is. Thank goodness for the Bob Postulate, as demonstrated by the one day famous Bob Proof of Patternalogical Uncertainty. Seriously, it's nice to have Bob help shoulder this weight on his tiny shoulders. PS: Heard Lowdown on radio today. Tag: you're it.
