Trick or Treat

In 1969, when I was in kindergarten, my next door neighbor Alex and I dressed as Peter Pan and Tinkerbell for Halloween. I insisted on wearing a blond wig for authenticity and a white under shirt to stay warm while trick-or-treating. The result: Pure magic.

Happy Halloween.

  1. I'm pretty sure my brother wore that same Batman costume. I was always too fat to be Tinkerbell. I was generally a gypsy. That may have influenced my fashion sense to this very day.

  2. Love the Batman costume. And the pompon fringe on the witch. Beautiful.
(I was Casper the Friendly Ghost in kindergarten, with a store-bought costume nowhere near as cool as yours.)
