I miss candy corn where I am. Never went bananas over it while in the States, though I always ate it, happily. Now that I can't get it.... Ain't it always the way?
Why is there no "Halloween fairy" that comes in the middle of the night and leaves you I dunno..what's fair...five bucks? In exchange for all the candy. Okay I think I just invented one. You're welcome.
I feel sorry for people that have alot of kids in their home. I have two and there is no end in sight to that candy bowl. And between all the grandparents I'm sure they'll send more for xmas. http://www.ashafullife.blogspot.com
I spent 16 years in the television business. I worked, by turns, as a writer, director, producer, casting associate, and the gal who gets everybody’s Starbucks order. Later, I spent time as a counselor at an outpatient program for adorable teens with un-adorable psych and addiction issues. Working in the orbit of actors, rock stars, comedians, and teenagers prepared me for my current gig as the stay-at-home mother of a kindergartner named Bob. Now, it’s like the circus has come to town everyday. I am living the dream.

Which means what? Easter?
ReplyDeleteMy kids used to make masks out of tortillas when they got bored in Mexican restaurants. Good times.
As it should be.

ReplyDeleteHelp him! He can't eat it all by himself!
ReplyDeleteThat reminds me....
Halloween never ends in my neck of the woods.
ReplyDeleteOh, well, Halloween is going to go on for MONTHS around here! Except for the chocolate part.
