1:38 am

Lego Storm Trooper Portrait by Bob

The clock read 1:38 am. Bob was standing in the doorway, silhouetted by the hallway light.

"Bobby? Are you okay?" He stomped into our bedroom clutching Wallace, his stuffed animal horse. "What is it, Bob?" He waved a tired hand in my direction and threw himself onto the bed.

"Meh. I need to sleep in your bed. It's those closet ghosts again."

"Sure, Gramps."

"They're just so darned loud."

  3. Bob Rosenberg was smart to come and get in bed with you at 1:38. As loud as the closet ghosts are then- they are the loudest at 2:00.

  5. I went to get a sandwich the other day and the guy behind the counter had a t-shirt that said "Meh." I sort of doubt they have them in children's sizes but, if they did.....

  12. Lisa, love the blog, love Bob. I've got my own alternate universe of hubby, cranky cat and Bob. My little grandpa was feeling peckish and decided he wanted a snack, "Mommy," he said, "I'm not really hungry. I just want a little sumpin, sumpin."
