I spent 16 years in the television business. I worked, by turns, as a writer, director, producer, casting associate, and the gal who gets everybody’s Starbucks order. Later, I spent time as a counselor at an outpatient program for adorable teens with un-adorable psych and addiction issues. Working in the orbit of actors, rock stars, comedians, and teenagers prepared me for my current gig as the stay-at-home mother of a kindergartner named Bob. Now, it’s like the circus has come to town everyday. I am living the dream.
Smart little gal. :)
ReplyDeleteWell, that *is* how it works.
ReplyDelete:-) A.
And smart Bob to take instruction so well.
ReplyDeleteYES! Way to go Bob!
ReplyDeleteThat's ok. In a few short years they will be chasing him.
ReplyDeleteWhen kids say things like, "She really wore me out" it makes me think our job is done.
ReplyDeleteYes, boys and girls have been chasing each other for years now. Sweet innocence!
ReplyDeleteAlready a young gentleman! I remember those days when chasing made lunchtimes fun.
ReplyDeleteOk, that one made me LOL.
ReplyDeleteThank you for that.
