Listening
"Dad? I'm done with dinner."
"You're all full?"
"My body is saying yes."
"It's good to listen to your body."
"Now my body is saying that it is bedtime but that we should do one more light saber fight on the patio before bed."

Bob is way better at listening to his body than most of we adults ;-)
ReplyDeleteSeeing him riding off into the sunset is making my body kinda sad.
ReplyDeleteI don't know what kind of rig he is riding in that picture, but I want one. Go Bob!
ReplyDeleteLove it. Happy Friday!
ReplyDeleteThat would be a perfect ending to the day.
ReplyDeleteHave to say as well, I really love your pictures of him. They are so cool.
This reminds me of my sister. When we were little, she would always consult her tummy, asking it if it wanted more peas? (Definitely no.) Extra dessert? (Absolutely!) Keep listening, Bob.
ReplyDeleteHaha! That is one smart boy! Try anything to stay up a little later.

My body is saying I need to have some Halloween candy for breakfast.
ReplyDeleteI love that!

What is there to say? I love Bob Rosenberg.
ReplyDeleteSince I have spent so much time ignoring my body's demands (exercise, eat healthier, etc), my body has not spoken to me in years.
ReplyDeleteGood job Bob to get in that habit now. Clearly you and your body have a great relationship since it also takes thetime to suggest fun things as well!
Bob's body is very wise.
ReplyDeleteoh, sweet Bob.
ReplyDeleteTo see him ride away like, I don't know why that photo breaks my heart....
Bob, look what you did, I'm dreaming about you now!
ReplyDeleteStar Wars FTW! :D
