In case you ever wondered if OCD was hereditary, I bring you the handiwork of the boy whose mother alphabetizes her spices. (And occasionally talks about herself in the third person.)
Here's another OCD test. When I look at this picture and read about alphabetized spices, I get the urge to organize. The question then is, is that failing or passing the OCD test?
Ha! Bob and Levi should meet. We joke that Levi is OCD, but now that he's started trying to organize everything within his reach at stores I'm starting to believe it.
You know, I can have everything crazy and out of order, put in all different places.. But when it goes to my bookshelves, i am very ocd, they have to be in a certain order and nobody better change it, LOL Great Blog
I spent 16 years in the television business. I worked, by turns, as a writer, director, producer, casting associate, and the gal who gets everybody’s Starbucks order. Later, I spent time as a counselor at an outpatient program for adorable teens with un-adorable psych and addiction issues. Working in the orbit of actors, rock stars, comedians, and teenagers prepared me for my current gig as the stay-at-home mother of a kindergartner named Bob. Now, it’s like the circus has come to town everyday. I am living the dream.
I'm impressed. :)
ReplyDeleteOy.
